Is there a relationship between drones and the war against COVID-19? Prof. Filippo Tomasello, Senior Partner at our Consortium member EuroUSC-Italia, discussed this topic in a live press brief organised by Drone Industry Insights.
Earlier this week, Prof. Tomasello joined Leon Zhao of Antwork Technology and Cameron Chell of Draganfly Inc. to talk about what role drones are playing in the efforts to curb the spread of Sars-CoV-2. In particular, Prof. Tomasello also mentions AW-Drones and how the project allowed discovering a gap (i.e. a missing standard) for crashproof containers transporting biological samples by air.
